Welcome to frapmastermind.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website", "We," "Us," or "Our"), owned and operated by Brite and Clean, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), with its registered office located at:

The Website is offered to You conditioned upon Your acceptance without modification of the Terms, Conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms").

1. Introduction

1.1 The Website provides a platform (the "Platform") offering business education, coaching, and mastermind services focused on profit growth utilizing the FRAP™ methodology (Frequency, Referrals, Average Ticket, Pricing).

1.2 By accessing or using this Website, You agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

2.2 You must have authority to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Services

3.1 The Platform may include:

  • Paid mastermind memberships
  • Coaching and consulting
  • Digital content and tools
  • Industry-specific training and systems

4. Membership, Billing and Subscriptions

4.1 Subscription. Certain services are subscription-based and billed on a recurring basis.

4.2 Automatic Billing. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method until canceled.

4.3 Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle. No prorated refunds.

4.4 Pricing Changes. We may adjust pricing with prior notice.

4.5 Failed Payments. Access may be suspended or terminated if payment fails.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use the Platform lawfully
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Not disrupt the Platform or other users

6. Mastermind Participation

6.1 Mastermind participation is collaborative and professional.

6.2 No Guarantee of Results. Results depend on individual execution and external factors.

6.3 Confidentiality. You agree to maintain confidentiality of other members' information.

6.4 Conduct. Professional, respectful behavior is required.

6.5 Removal. We may remove participants without refund for violations.

7. Guarantee and Refund Policy

7.1 10X Value Guarantee. If You do not believe the value received is at least ten (10) times what You paid, You may request a refund.

7.2 Conditions. You must:

  • Request within the applicable guarantee period
  • Demonstrate reasonable participation

7.3 Requests. Submit to: support@frapmastermind.com

7.4 Abuse. We reserve the right to deny abusive or fraudulent claims.

8. Intellectual Property Rights and Usage Restrictions

8.1 Ownership. All Content is owned by the Company or its licensors.

8.2 Proprietary Systems. Includes:

  • FRAP™ system
  • Profit frameworks
  • Tools, calculators, playbooks

FRAP™ is a trademark of Honor and Fire LLC.

8.3 License. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for internal business use only.

8.4 Prohibited Uses. You may not:

  • Resell or distribute content
  • Create derivative programs
  • Teach or license the system
  • Share outside your organization
  • Compete using the material

8.5 Non-Transferability. Access may not be shared or reassigned.

8.6 Competitive Use Restriction. You may not use the Content to create competing offers.

8.7 Confidentiality. All proprietary information must remain confidential.

8.8 Enforcement. Violations may result in termination and legal action.

8.9 Feedback. Feedback may be used by the Company without compensation.

9. Advanced Intellectual Property, Certification, and Community Protections

9.1 Certification Restrictions. Participation does not grant certification or rights to teach FRAP™.

9.2 Unauthorized Representation. You may not present yourself as affiliated without written consent.

9.3 Non-Solicitation. During participation and for 12 months after, You may not:

  • Solicit members for competing offers
  • Sell services that undermine the Platform

9.4 Non-Circumvention. You may not replicate or reverse-engineer the Platform.

9.5 Recording Ownership. All sessions may be recorded and are owned by the Company. You grant rights to use your participation for training and marketing. You may not record or distribute sessions.

9.6 Enforcement. We may remove users and pursue legal remedies.

10. Data

We may collect and use user data. You agree not to misuse any data obtained.

11. Relationship

No partnership or employment relationship is created.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your use.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages

14. Termination

We may terminate access for violations. You may cancel per Section 4.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

16. Disclaimer

All services are provided "as is" without warranties.
